The Berufsförderungswerk Berlin-Brandenburg is one of nearly 30 regional centres for vocational rehabilitation across Germany. Linked through a federal association, they collaborate with the German Pension Insurance, employment agencies, job centres, professional associations, companies, and other partners. For over 50 years, they have been supporting people in Berlin and Brandenburg to return to work after illness or injury. Vocational retraining is a major step, and they also offer programmes for jobseekers through activation, placement, or education vouchers. They guide everyone carefully along this challenging path.
