Initial situation

Mitsubishi Chemicals had already done a lot to reduce its environmental impact and advance the circular economy. It was now looking for a new approach to effectively communicate its previous achievements and drive the change process forward.

Task

Advice on optimising and communicating the circular economy in Europe.

Implementation/Results

Working closely with the client, we developed the framework for a circular economy communication strategy and its implementation across Europe: we identified the key communication themes that form the basis for all further initiatives, and defined key messages and statements for internal and external communication in Europe. This helped us to develop recommendations for relevant communication tools and a content strategy for presenting best practice examples, as well as to define communication channels and KPIs.
