Founded in Berlin in 1997, Snom is regarded as a pioneer in IP telephony. Since its founding, the start-up has become a leading international manufacturer of IP telephones for companies.
Task
Public relations in DACH, UK, France, Italy and Spain as well as the creation of content for social media, website and their community portal, plus international media planning.
Implementation/Results
From Berlin, we coordinated PR activities with Snom’s headquarters and then implemented them with the support of freelancers on-site in France and Spain. We also supported their marketing communications department with media planning and booking, as well as work relating to trade fairs (CeBIT and IFA in Germany) and events in other countries, including the placement of test devices, coordinating interviews and creating case studies.
Press releases were distributed in German, English, French, Spanish and Italian. Thanks to our continuous PR work, we increased Snom’s presence on social media and in relevant trade publications.
