Initial situation

Brilyant is a B2B technology consultancy and Managed Services Provider working across India, the UAE, and the United States. Each market comes with its own competitive landscape, client expectations, and positioning needs — yet the core brand and service offering stay consistent throughout.

Task

We led the complete relaunch, covering everything from the information architecture and design system to the WordPress implementation, market-specific content structure, CMS configuration, and final editorial handover. The goal was to build a single codebase that could tell three different market stories without ever feeling like three separate websites. We set up a market-specific URL structure, configured canonical settings for each market, and created separate analytics goals so that every property could be measured independently from the moment it launched. We also configured the CMS so the in-house team could create and update content across all three markets without needing design or development support.

Implementation/Results

We delivered a full relaunch across the India, UAE, United States, Philippines, and Singapore presences — all from a single codebase and design system. Market-specific content layers were put in place with no canonical conflicts between markets. Following handover, the in-house team manages all markets on its own. We verified performance baselines across all three main market properties before launch, and configured analytics and conversion tracking for each market individually. Brilyant has been live across brilyant.com and its market-specific domains since 2022.
