Initial situation

Jump.ac is a web and e-mobility platform developed in-house for the management of electric vehicle fleets. Fleet managers gain real-time insight into the availability of charging points, can locate nearby charging stations and reserve spaces – ensuring a smooth, efficient and reliable charging process for the entire fleet.

Task

We had two tasks to tackle: firstly, brand positioning; and secondly, the creation of a website including a functional version of the product platform (Minimum Viable Product / MVP). To find out more about the expectations and requirements of future users, we interviewed them. The insights gained in this way were incorporated directly into the development of the WordPress website. In addition, we set up a content workflow that the team could use and manage independently from day one.

Implementation/Results

Within a single engagement, we launched the brand, the website, the product app, and the content system. The messaging was directly informed by what we learned from user interviews before anything was finalized, and the site’s structure was built around the language customers genuinely use. Before going live, we also had analytics, event tracking, and the groundwork for search engine optimization (SEO) firmly in place. Jump.ac has been live since 2024, and we continue to work with them today.
