Startup–investor matchmaking conference: website relaunch and chatbot

Initial situation

Wolves Summit brings together founders, investors, and corporations from across Central and Eastern Europe. In the lead-up to its 2025 edition, the team needed a completely rebuilt website — and there were two requirements that simply couldn’t be compromised. First, the site had to be ready in time for the conference. Second, it had to give the in-house editorial team full control over content, so they could make routine updates without needing a developer’s help. The new site also had to lay the groundwork for a similar relaunch later on, for the team’s event in Kraków.

Task

We set out to design a content management system (CMS) that would let the content team independently manage speakers, sponsors, session listings, and news. At the same time, we built a clean, well-organized codebase that could be reused for future editions of the conference without piling up technical problems down the line.

Implementation/Results

The full relaunch was completed ahead of schedule for the 2025 edition. The editorial system was up and running from day one, with the in-house team handling all updates to speakers, sponsors, sessions, and news themselves. A branded chatbot also went live on wolvessummit.com.
