Initial situation

“Home Music Teachers” connects students with independent music teachers across several European markets. Our work began with managing and developing the company’s flagship German site. Over time, it grew into the most wide-ranging ongoing engagement we have with any single client: four country markets, two languages running within a single deployment, and a complete integration layer covering teacher onboarding, student lead qualification, and CRM connectivity.

Task

We manage and improve the existing website on a day-to-day basis. We launched the .at, .ch, and .nl sites as separate market presences, all built from a shared WordPress codebase. For the .nl site, we built in bilingual support for Dutch and English, designed so the content team can manage it themselves without needing a developer for routine updates. We also replaced the manual teacher onboarding process with a streamlined flow built on Typeform, which captures profiles, applies qualification logic, and syncs directly with the CMS. In addition, we built a chatbot to handle the initial qualification of student leads before passing them on to a person, and connected both of these flows to the client’s CRM.

Implementation/Results

All four country markets are now live. We delivered three integrations: Typeform-based teacher onboarding, a student qualification chatbot, and CRM connectivity. Content teams in all four markets update their own content independently. The engagement has been ongoing since 2024 and covers website operations, performance monitoring, custom feature development, and editorial support across the entire network.
